Basic Weekend Rental Package Includes:
 

• Full use of the furnished Lake House (with two-bedrooms open)
• High Speed Internet, WIFI, Satellite DirectTV, Stereo, VCR, DVD and CD Player
• Full use of the covered & lighted boat dock with swings and lawn chairs
• Use of a four seat paddle boat
• Use of Gas Grill
• Use of beach area with hammock
• Access to the boat ramp for personal Boat(s) / Jet Ski(s) etc...

Weekend rental price is $225.00 per night with a two-night minimum for 1 to 4 people (add $5 for each additional person over 4 and up to 12 per stay) large groups over 12 call for special pricing. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon, although we try hard to allow you to arrive anytime the first day and leave anytime the last day of your stay as best we can with coordination of other guest and clan-up time. All guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the rental price or package price which ever is greater. Deposits must be prepaid in advance at the time of the reservation by credit card (MC or Visa).

Add $50.00 per stay to open a third bedroom with queen size bed for additional guest. The third bedroom must be opened with 6 or more guest.  A mini-apartment is available as optional fourth bedroom upon request.

• Full use of the furnished Lake House (with all three bedrooms open)
• High Speed Internet, WIFI, Satellite DirectTV, Stereo, VCR, DVD and CD Player
• Full use of the covered & lighted boat dock with swings and lawn chairs
• Full access to the Gazebo with hot tub
• Use of a four seat paddle boat
• Use of Gas Grill
• Use of beach area with hammock
• Access to the boat ramp for personal Boat(s) / Jet Ski(s) etc...

The Holiday Package price is $995.00 for four days and three nights with 1 to 4 people (add $5 for each additional person per night for more than 4) large groups over 10 call for special pricing. The forth or more nights will be charged at $175.00 per night. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon, although we try to allow you to arrive anytime the first day and leave anytime the last day of your stay as best we can depending on other arriving and departing guest and our needed clan-up time. All guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the rental price or package price which ever is greater.  The 50% deposit must be paid at the time your reservation dates are confirmed.  The Holiday bookings require the remainder 50% be prepaid two weeks prior to arrival date.  This is because of the high demand of Holiday dates.  Visa or MC credit cards are accepted for deposits and payment. 

Other requested rental extras will be added to this package price with a 10% discount off the normal rates. Additional days over three can be added for $175 per night.
